The original Dell Streak 5 might be discontinued and long abandoned by Dell, but that doesn’t mean it still has users itching for a software update. Well it just so happens that Dell was apparently working on a Gingerbread update for the Dell Streak and happened to leave the update file just lying around on Dell’s servers. Finally you can update to something beyond Froyo, but don’t expect anything official beyond Gingerbread.
