Looks like Radio Shack is spilling the beans on some upcoming Verizon release dates, namely the Samsung Stratosphere, Samsung Illusion and the HTC Vigor. The Stratosphere is a QWERTY slider device in the family of the Epic 4G, and will be the closest Verizon customers can get to a Galaxy S II for now and is should be landing on October 6th. The Illusion will be a mid-range phone billed as an eco-friendly device with a Sustainable Product Certification and is tipped for October 20th. Also on October 20th is the HTC Vigor, which may be renamed the Incredible HD. Names aside, the Vigor is said to replace the Thunderbolt, and features a 4.3 inch 720p display, 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, 4G LTE, 8MP camera and Beats Audio.
Verizon’s last leaked roadmap showed the Stratosphere on Sept 8th, the Illusion on Sept 29th, and the Vigor Oct 5th. Obviously the Stratosphere is not out yet, but it’s good to keep in mind these Radio Shack release dates may be a little different from Verizon’s dates.
