Honeycomb statue now on the Googleplex front lawn

Maybe it’s just the kid in me, but I get a bit excited whenever Google brings out a new lawn ornament for the latest version of Android. Honeycomb has been official for a little while, but now a Honeycomb statue finally adorns the front lawn of Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, CA.

And I love the quote from Google on the matter: “The Android team continues to be committed to placing large dessert statues on lawns. Honeycomb is no exception.”

So is the bee going after the Android robot for stealing honey? Or are they both just hanging out?
