This recently leaked screenshot you see above appears to confirm that the Droid will get Android 2.2 in late July. And the just-announced Droid X is to get the update in August, presumably giving Motorola enough time to inject MotoBlur.
Motorola’s own Android release update schedule has yet to be updated with this information. We’ll hold out for that before taking this out of the Rumors category.
