TmoNews is reporting that the MyTouch Slide, the T-Mobile-bound, qwerty-packing handset replacing it’s namesake. The original rumored release date was pegged around May 17th, but now it’s looking more like June 2nd. According to their sources, it’s possibly due to a delay in manufacturing, like the HTC HD2, and they want to have enough stock on hand for the inevitable firesale. Or perhaps because of the delay of the HD2 shipping, they don’t want to cut into HD2 sales. Either way, we’re patiently waiting for the announcement and release of the latest Magenta Android offering.
