On a recent blog post, a developer has posted rather dubious instructions outlining how the Motorola backflip can be rooted. Using freely available source code from Motorola, and a few other details that he “purposefully” left out, it seems to be possible. We’re still waiting for some other devs to jump in and make the process a bit easier for that layman. Or at least someone not afraid to give all the necessary information. I know those AT&T customers are anxious to break the chains of their slightly molested phones and feel the full power of Android. We’ll keep you posted.
