A quick teaser shot here of the upcoming Archos Phone Tablet. Similar to the Archos Internet Media Tablet running Android, this will be smaller and be more of a smart phone than a feature-packed MP3 player. Featuring a 4.3-inch touchscreen and a 1GHz ARM processor, it’s going to be at the head of the pack of Android phones in computing power. Other details point to it being only 10mm thick, which is Nokia E71 territory, very very thin.
It’s only a matter of time before full specs and pricing/carrier details come out. This is going to be one hot piece of hardware in Europe and hopefully it will help Archos deal a blow to Apple in the MP3 player and smartphone categories.
