The Social Media Coordinator will be the voice of HTC on a variety of social sites like Twitter, Facebook and others. This position will be responsible for (1) disseminating news and important information (2) answering questions addressed directly to HTC (3) engaging with receptive/interested people and keeping the conversation going by maintaining an interesting online presence. This person will participate directly in the creation of HTC’s online voice and guidelines for communication. These guidelines will not only define how this position represents himself/herself online, but will also set the tone for how any HTC employee or representative will behave when participating on social media sites regarding HTC. The Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Global Online Communications Manager.
