If you have a rooted G1 and you’re comfortable with some hacking, you can be one of the first to have multi-touch support on Android. Luke Huchison has posted a very in-depth post on his blog on how this is done along with some cool demo apps that show off the tricks. This is obviously still a work in progress, but it’s warming news to Android fans, considering the Google has not announced any official plans to implement multi-touch support into the Android OS.
